Dietitian | $100 - $125 p/hr | Hybrid (WFH Geelong) | Case Conferencing About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join a hybrid model combining remote (WFH) case conferencing with in-clinic care. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to step away from back-to-back consults and into a more structured, collaborative approach to chronic disease management - while maintaining clinical variety and flexibility. You'll split your time between: Remote/WFH case conferencing (clinical decision-making focus) In-clinic consults (face to face patient care) The role will commence with 1 day per week, progressing as patient demand and case conference panels expand. About the Hybrid Model This model is built around structured multidisciplinary case conferencing, allowing you to work remotely while still playing a central role in patient outcomes. WFH / Remote Day (Case Conferencing) - Thursday weekly Participate in 11-22 structured case conferences per day Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals nationwide Review patient histories and contribute to nutrition-focused care plans Focus on clinical reasoning and strategy, rather than admin-heavy consults In-Clinic Day (Geelong) Deliver targeted dietetic consultations Support implementation of care plans Provide education and follow-up aligned with case conference outcomes This hybrid structure offers flexibility, reduced burnout, and higher-impact clinical work.
